It is 100% natural and off-grid. Built using oak, larch and spruce wood, our Spa has been designed to help guests connect with their beautiful natural surroundings and really slowwww the senses.

3 hour pampering spa session…

Our natural spa facilities have been handcrafted in wood to help guests totally unwind in the beauty of the surrounding natural landscape, and to indulge in gorgeous natural cosmetics from spa cultures all over the world. 100% natural (no chemicals), guests can indulge in 3 hours of pampering and relaxation. Our spa takes 7 hours for us to prepare for use, so spa sessions start at 5pm and we can only host one per day.

What's included in a Natural Spa Session?

- 3 hour candlelit spa session.
- Larch-wood hot tub soak.
- Pine-wood ice-bucket shock.
- Copper milk & flower bath.
- Moroccan exfoliation mittens (Kessa).
- Moroccan beldi soap made with argan oil.
- Natural salted foot-baths.
- Natural wooden massagers.
- Greek Argila face-masks.
- Freshly picked herbal teas.
- Essential oils.
- Turkish peshtemal hammam towels.
- Japanese kimonos.
- Flip-flops.

Timings & Access:
3 hour session, 5pm-8pm.

  • A 3 hour pamper session in our magical wooden Hot Tub Spa (1700 litres of fresh water) with gorgeous natural Spa Kits combining the best of Spa cultures from around the world. Perfect for indulgent pamper sessions to really relax. Spa sessions include:

    - 3 hour candlelit Spa Session.

    - Turkish Hammam towels.

    - Japanese Kimonos.

    - Flip-flops.

    - Moroccan Exfoliation Mittens (Kessa).

    - Moroccan Beldi Soap (made with Argan Oil)

    - Natural salted Foot-bath.

    - Natural wooden massagers.

    - Greek Argila face-masks.

    - Delicious herbal teas.

    - Essential oils.

    - Full Spa circuit pack.

  • Sheltered inside a beautiful oak structure 20 second walk from the Manor and Rose Cottage (and a short drive from Plum Cottage).

    It is in a private 17th Century walled garden overlooking a small lake full of wildlife. No other guests have access to this space whilst you are using it.

  • Our Hot Tub spa is 100% oak, pine & larch wood, filled with fresh water, wood-fired and candlelit. So no chemicals or electricity - just fresh water & the incredible antiseptic and healing qualities of wood - it's delightful!

  • Our spa takes 7 hours to clean, fill with 1700 litres of water and heat up to 38-40 degrees. We follow a strict draining and sanitising regime in line with World Health Organisation recommendations. We start preparations for spa guests at 9am so that sessions can begin at 5-6pm in the evening.

    As a natural Spa, start times can vary slightly depending on the outdoor temperature and air pressure affecting heating times. Guest are asked to vacate the spa area by 8pm so that our staff can lock the facilities and return to their homes and families for the evening.

  • Guests are provided with fresh Turkish towels and changing rooms. Alcohol is strictly not permitted in the Spa area. Children under 12 are not permitted, and over 12 must be accompanied. If you'd like to book, please get in touch with us directly.

  • - All spa goers must shower before entering the space.

    - Alcohol is not permitted within the spa space.

    - Children under 12 are not permitted within the spa space.

    - Children 12-18 must be accompanied at all times.

    - Spa guests will be required to sign a safety agreement prior to entry.

    - Spa guests are asked to not touch the wood burner or lean on the glass in the green house.
